RCS chat Terms of Service
By using RCS chat from Google, you agree to the Google Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policyand these RCS chat terms (collectively, the 'Terms of Service'). RCS chat allows you to message others at their telephone numbers, so messages will go through Google and, in some cases, through other service providers (like operators or other messaging apps) to reach those telephone numbers. You agree that your device and your contacts’ devices may occasionally be checked for RCS capabilities to ensure that you can receive RCS chats. Google may occasionally exchange your device information (including device identifiers or SIM card information) with your operator to verify your telephone number (SMS charges may apply) and to provide RCS chat. You may incur data charges in connection with the use of RCS chat. These Terms of Service do not apply to any features and services provided by your operator (such as operator calling and messaging, including SMS and MMS). You can discontinue your use of RCS chat by turning off this setting in Messages by Google.
